Charleston Area Group Runs

All runs take place every week unless otherwise noted. If no pace if indicated, then all are welcome. If it's your first time going to a particular run, it's not a bad idea to make contact with the coordinator to make sure the information here is still accurate.

 

Sundays

6.30 am - Holy Cow Yoga, South Windemere Shopping Center in West Ashley - 10-15 miles, 8:00-8:30 pace

6.30 am - On The Run, Houston Northcutt Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant - 10+ miles, 7:30-8:00 pace.

Mondays

6.00 pm - Downtown - Charleston Bicycle Company & Running Shop (334 M East Bay Street ) - 5 miles, all paces. Wednesdays

6.00 am - Downtown - Meet at MUSC's Wellness Center - 5 miles. All paces. Contact: Greg Shore cell/text 843.343.4514.

 

6.00 pm - Intervals - Citadel - Meet at track for a warmup around campus and then hit the track for intervals about 6:30 PM - we will wait for any Citadel sport to finish if they are present. 400s, 800s, miles, 2 miles, etc.  All abilities welcome. Thursdays

6:00 pm - On the Run, Houston Northcutt Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant - Thursday evening Tempo run - 7-9 miles.  7-7:30 pace.  Contact: Irv Batten 843.856.4206

7:00 am - Marrington Plantation - Trail Run - Many distance options.  Can be very wet/muddy.  All speeds welcome. Good chance to get off the hard surfaces. Runners must carry a Department of Defense ID or Marrington Patron Pass issued by the Station's Outdoor Center (near the trail).
