Charleston Area Group Runs

All runs take place every week unless otherwise noted. If no pace is indicated, then all are welcome. If it's your first time going to a particular run, it's not a bad idea to make contact with the coordinator to make sure the information here is still accurate.

Upcoming Group Runs

Our next Community Wide Group Run will be Thursday, July 17th at 6:30 pm. All paces are welcome and encouraged. The group will meet in front of the Charleston Harbor Fish House on Patriots Point.

Sundays

6:30 AM - On The Run, Mt. Pleasant - 10+ miles, 7:30-8:00 pace. Contact: Emily Johnson  more info
7:00 AM - Park West, Mt. Pleasant - Meet at the track in the recreation center.  3 - 6 miles for all levels including walkers.

6:00 AM - Workout Station on the Mount Pleasant side of Cooper River Bridge. Typically 20-25 minutes out and back (50 minutes total) with some core work afterwards at the workout station. All paces welcome. Contact: Landon 843.276.6909
6:00 PM - Palmetto Brewery downtown. Dog Jog group run Every Friday.  This run is for all skill level runners/walkers; 2.5-3 mile course.  Meets at the Palmetto Brewery downtown.  Runners are encouraged to bring polite canine running partners. Contact Anna Will, 919-619-6337
