Blue Sky Endurance Training Programs
    Parris Island Triathalon Training
  • Starts January 1, 2019
  • 10 Week Program goes through race day March 9,2019
  • Comprehensive training plans include coached skill sessions every Saturday for the swim, bike, and run. Swim training takes place on a rotating schedule at ION club in Mount Pleasant 7am, the alternating Saturdays we will be biking and running from Blue Sky Endurance at 7:30am. This program is open to all skill levels, and is especially beginner friendly.
    Cooper River Bridge Run Training

  • Program starts January 16, 2019
  • Get faster, have fun, and train for the Cooper River Bridge Run 10K. Join Blue Sky Endurance Coaches Sadie, Ray, and Ruth Marie for a 12 week coached training program to prepare you for your fastest Cooper River Bridge Run time yet.
  • Training meets Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7:30am
  • $99 Registration includes gear-up discounts and BSE custom running singlet
  • Meet the coaches and learn more about the program at the info session hosted at Blue Sky Endurance January 9th at 6pm

  • You are invited to join us in a 8-week challenge to get moving, lose weight, get fit, get stronger or get faster! What is your "mission"?
  • As a participant, you will work on your own to meet complete your mission; we’ll provide support along the way

    Bridge Run 10K
  • Info Session 2019
  • Program starts January 2019
  • Our Run10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to assist runners towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. Participants are required to be able to comfortably complete a 5K in 45:00 minutes or less (14:30 minute per mile) within one month prior to beginning this training. Program registration will include a tech shirt, education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance.

  • Program Fee: $115.00 - This includes race registration!
